Results
The total number of valid ballot forms received was 355 of which 223 were received by post and 132 electronically, representing a total of 357 voters and giving a turnout of 52%.
The results of the ballot were as follows:
a) The Board seeks the approval of members, by ballot, for the expenditure, including contingency, of up to £430,000 for the overhaul of K1 62005.
Votes in favour of the motion: 337
Votes against the motion: 18
Abstentions: 2
Votes in favour represent 94.4 % of the total votes cast. The motion is therefore approved.
b) The Board seeks the approval of members, by ballot, for the revised estimated expenditure, including contingency, of up to £392,000 to complete the overhaul of J72 69023.
Votes in favour of the motion: 340
Votes against the motion: 8
Abstentions: 9
Votes in favour represent 95.2% of the total votes cast. The motion is therefore approved.
